Mr. William Jennings Glass of 2000 Bendix Place died Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at the age of 59. Mr. Glass was born in Cumberland County on December 22, 1952. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carra Belle Maultsby Glass. Survivors are a daughter, Carra Glass Asbridge and her husband Trey of Tennessee; two sisters, Isabelle P. Wedemeyer of New York, Margaret W. Strickland of Fayetteville; two nephews, Gary and Kenny Strickland; cousins, Art Powell, Marian Wright Burch and her husband Bo, Clifford Powell; four grandchildren. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Ave, Raeford, NC 28376 Memorial/ Graveside Service will be 2:00 P.M.Thursday, August 23, 2012 in the Raeford Cemetery.
