Mrs. Small is survived by her daughter, Stacy Seff, and her husband, Brad, of Holly Springs, NC; grandchildren, Jared Seff, and his wife, Kolbe, Samantha Seff, and her fiancé, John Shell, Jeremy Seff, and his wife, Melissa; great grandson, Declan Gabriel Seff; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at 11:00am in the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Craig Gaither. Family will receive friends following.
