Barbara is predeceased by her husband, Richard E. Walters, Sr. and her parents, Paul and Margaret Blaker.
Barbara is survived by her son, Richard E. Walters, Jr. of Madison, NC and her daughter, Karen Walters of Madison, NC.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at the Mausoleum Chapel of Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC. Reverend Ray Gooch will officiate.
