Friends are the part of family we get to choose.  Charlotte, thanks for being in our family for so many years and creating such great memories.

When I think of Charlotte, I think of Christmas.  I can picture her laughing as she held up scarf she had made by hand.  She will be remembered as a very special person with sparkle in her eye, a generous spirit and a beautiful smile.

You brought such joy and laughter into our lives. From going out on the town to perusing the flea market, everything was more fun if you were a part of it. In our house, you were called Aunt Charlotte, because we loved you as a family member.  We always will.

My dear Charlotte,I last saw you Halloween last year and you were so much fun. all dressed up with that hat to complete your costume.  I will remember you that way. All of  us loved you. Still do.

When we got the news, the first thing Iboya said was how much she would miss Charlotte's laugh.  I've been thinking a lot about that laugh - kind of a wrinkling of the nose, and maybe a shooing pat with the hand as she laughed at something I was kidding her about.  Charlotte was also so supportive of any idea, anybody's dream.  If you wanted to hear some encouraging words for any endeavor you might have in mind, Charlotte was there on your side.

My dear Charlotte, you will be missed by your loving sister Betty Juanelle Pearson, your neice Leslie Caracuel, great neice Nina Caracuel and two great nephews Nico Caracuel and Noah Caracuel.  You meant the world to us all!  We will continue to love you forever!
