Danny Frazier Scott

Danny was born in Robeson County, North Carolina on August 7, 1952. He graduated with his GED from Robeson Community College.

Danny was married to Angela (Zhou Yan) on August 7, 2007; they were married for 17 years.

Danny gave 35 years of committed service to Graphic Packaging. He enjoyed music, art, history, Sci-Fi, and teaching. He was also very adventurous and had tremendous love for his family. One of his passions in life was teaching English to elementary school children in China for 10 years.

He is survived by his spouse Angela; two daughters, Mildred Grimsley and Emily Scott; brother, Carl Scott; two grandchildren, Cassady Fields and Lolitha Fields; and two great-grandchildren, Bradley Fields and Ryleejo Revels.

He is preceded in death by his father, Clarence Scott; mother, Janie Bell Scott, brothers, JD Freeman, Fred Scott, Dewey Scott, and sister, Margie Prescott.

In celebration of his life, the family asks that you live a full life and consider either reading to elementary school children, or volunteering for hospice.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given in his name to either The American Heart Association or The American Lung Association.
