Diana Lynn Victory, 72, passed away on April 21, 2026 at the Durham VA Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. Born on September 30, 1953 in Sayre, Pennsylvania; she was the daughter of the late Charles E. Stout, Jr. and Miriam Elizabeth Owens Stout and wife of the late Joseph Victory, Jr. (2016). Both Joe and Diana served honorably within the US Army.
