Lynda and her husband retired to Raleigh from Brewster, NY in 1997 and were active members of Wakeminster Baptist Church in Raleigh. Recently, Lynda had been a resident of Magnolia Glen where she enjoyed the supportive community, staff, and company of her good friends there.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Pollard and husband Jim, of Raleigh; son, Eric Bolzner and wife Kim, of Webster, NY; grandchildren, Jeffrey Pollard and wife Christine, of Melbourne, FL, Jennie Pollard, of Raleigh, Max Bolzner, of Webster, NY, Ashley Oberg and husband Andy, of Lino Lakes, MN, Erik Bolzner, of Rochester, NY and their mother, Lisa Bolzner, of Rochester, NY; brothers, John Query and wife Ann, of Zeeland, MI, Jim Query and wife Joan, of Grand Haven, MI and Bill Query and wife Jane, of Plaistow, NH; and other family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Wakeminster Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wakeminster Baptist Church – 13221 Old Creedmoor Road – Raleigh, NC 27613 stating the Harris Family Mission on the memo line.
