Myrl enjoyed gardening; camping and walking with her walk partner Myrtle Shea.
Myrl was predeceased by her husband Willard G Martin in 2005 and a grandson John Lee III.
She is survived by her seven daughters: Michele A. Martin, Susan M Boyd (Allen), Nancy Blackwell (Billy), Patricia M. Martin (Ken), Judith M. Fox, Therese M. Schluchter (Bruce) and Brenda S. Martin (Link), grandchildren: Tonia Jones, Justin Herrera, Martin Lee, Jacob Fox, and Jordan Stanton; 8 great grandchildren and her sisters Ethel Ruth Chedatol and Florine Michel.
A time of visitation will be held from 1-2 pm Wednesday November 11, 2015 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home 300 Saint Mary’s St. Raleigh where a funeral service will be held at 2pm. Interment will be held privately at Raleigh Memorial Park.
