Peter was born July 12, 1954 in Fairfield County, CT, to the late Shirley A. Williams and Peter J. Tisano. Peter attended Sacred Heart University in Bridgeport, CT. For many years he was a Property Manager for Real Estate Associates in Durham.
Peter is survived by his wife of 36 years, Jody J. Tisano; sister, Linda A. Bossone of Stamford, CT; brother, George E. Tisano, of Indianapolis, IN; as well as several nephews.
