Robert "Bob" Joseph Guzzo passed on May 16, 2026, at the age of 82, having been born in Pennsylvania on May 8, 1944, and residing in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Bob Guzzo served as head coach of the NC State wrestling program for 30 years, starting in 1974, and was inducted into the NC State Athletic Hall of Fame this year.
A service to honor and celebrate Coach Guzzo's life will be held at a date and time to be determined.
Brown-Wynne, 300 Saint Mary's St., Raleigh, is serving the Guzzo family.
