

Virginia Ellen Spinelli, 81, of Raleigh, North Carolina passed away on February 1, 2025. Born in West Virginia, on November 19, 1943, Virginia was the daughter of the late Arnold Lee and Nancy Jane Harrah.
Aside from her parents, Virginia was predeceased by her husband Joseph Spinelli, her son Ronnie Lee Wyatt, and her siblings: James Harrah, Juanita Mitchell, and Loretta Garner.
She is survived by her daughters Angela Beeman (husband–Dan) and Sheila Campbell (husband—Steve), her daughter-in-law Rebecca Bartyczak Wyatt, her 7 grandchildren and their spouses: Daniel Lee Beeman, Jonathan Beeman, Emily Rumley (husband–Robert), Abigail Santos (husband–Jose), Zachary Campbell (wife–MaKayla), Timothy Campbell, and Wesley Campbell, 1 great-grandchild Mateo Santos, and 1 sister and her spouse Hazel Cooper (husband–Philip Cooper).
Virginia loved attending church at Beacon Baptist and especially enjoyed the singing. During her lifetime Virginia accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Saviour. This brings great comfort to her family and friends because we know we will see her again in Heaven. “For we walk by faith, not by sight: We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:7-8
A visitation for Virginia will be held Monday, February 10, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Beacon Baptist Church, 2110 Trawick Rd, Raleigh, NC 27604, followed by a funeral service at 1:30 PM. Burial will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
