Amy graduated from Rootstown High School and the University of Akron.
She was the cherished daughter of Frank and Betty Jeanne Flecksteiner.
Her father, Frank and her beloved nephew, Robert Wolfgang Flecksteiner, have predeceased her.
Amy is survived by her devoted mother, Jeanne Flecksteiner and her three brothers, Richard (Rachel), Robert (Jennifer), and David (Sherry). Amy leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, each of whom has been touched by her warmth and her friends at Kent Healthcare in Kent, Ohio, where she resided for 6 years.
Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Rev. William Kraynak, will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 409 W. Main St., Ravenna, on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 11am. Inurnment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Multiple Sclerosis Research, in hopes of finding a cure.
