Cathleen was born in Akron, Ohio on February 6th, 1931, to parents Olen and Odessa (Tritt) Denney. She was retired after a long career of service, both at Enduro Rubber Co. and subsequently retiring from General Electric.
She was a faith driven woman and a practicing Catholic. She loved to spend time with family and taking vacations with them, playing bingo and hanging out with her “good neighbors”. She loved her dog, Heidi.
Cathleen had been married twice, first to Melvin Whitted Sr. and second to Augustine Centofanti, both preceding her in death. Cathleen was also preceded in death by her children Melvin “Butch” Whitted and Marcella (Whitted) Bauer and grandson Adam Bauer.
She is survived by her grandchildren Dannielle Panzeter, Melvin Whitted III, Shawna Bauer and Alicia Pastva.
Per her wishes, cremation is being honored, and no services are planned.
She will be missed and never forgotten.
