He was born June 28, 1945, in Clendenin, West Virginia, one of sixteen children to Walter Lee and Lula Mae (Norvell) Belcher. Don grew up in West Virginia and then enlisted in the US Army. He proudly served his country in the Vietnam War.
Don retired from the Ford Motor Company as a tow motor operator. He was a member of the NRA and Ravenna American Legion Post 331. Don wore many hats throughout his life, but he mostly cherished his title of “PaPa” to all of his grandkids.
Don is survived by his children: Timmy (Heidi) Belcher, Kasey (Mike) Keegan, and Kyle Wood, his grandchildren: Mason, Sebastian, Carter, Barrett, Summer, Sadie, Connor, Natallie, Jolene, and Waylon, as well as his siblings: Betty, Joyce, Linda, Phyllis, Annie, and Bill.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, his other siblings, and his granddaughter Kenzie.
