

He was born October 16, 1935, in Ravenna, Ohio, to parents Ernest and Daisy (Milton) Fullum. Ernie retired in 1997 as the administrator of the X-Ray department at Robinson Memorial Hospital after many years of service. He also worked for Akron City Hospital and the Med Group in Stow.
Family and friends were cherished by Ernie, especially his grandchildren. He was a kind and friendly man with a great sense of humor. Ernie was also a talented singer, performing as a soloist and with the Ravenna Community Choir.
Ernie is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Daryle J. (Webster) Fullum, as well as their children: Lori Banks, Lisa (Julian) Coleman, Leslee (John) Keegan, LuAnne (George) Kiefer, Scott (Melody) Fullum, and Laina (John) O’Laughlin. He is also survived by his sister Gloria (Henry) Brown, as well as his many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Ernie was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters Carol June Boykin, Joan Thomas, and Beverly Knox.
Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received Friday, March 13, 2015, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. A Memorial Service celebrating Ernie’s life will be officiated by Reverend Everett Stoddard at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2015, at the First United Methodist Church of Ravenna, 263 S. Prospect St., Ravenna.
