She was born September 28, 1946, in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of Charles C. and Barbara (Keen) Diehl.
Patty is survived by her mother Barbara Diehl, brothers: Cliff Diehl of Alliance, Chris (Debby) Diehl of Edinburg, Woody (Jeanie) Diehl of Wasson; son James Swigart of Florida; and daughter Lynnette Godfrey of Alabama; as well as her three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death her son Jack Paul Swigart and her father Charles C. Diehl.
