

He was born May 13, 1926, in Edinburg Township, a son of the late Paul Yarolin Jr. and Mary (Buchko) Yarolin. Paul retired from the Eaton Corporation as a supervisor at age 60 after many years of service. He was a veteran of the US Navy serving in the Pacific during WWII. Paul was a member of American Legion Post 193 in Mantua and a life member of the North American Hunting Club. Mr. Yarolin spent many hours taking care of his lawn and cutting firewood.
Survivors include his beloved wife: Ida Mae (Paugh) Yarolin; children: Thomas (Elaine) Yarolin of Lexington, SC, Paul B. (Barbara) Yarolin of Warren, Susan (James) Carlton of Streetsboro; step-children: Jack (Sarah) Streets of Buckhannon, WV, Linda Siple of Cuyahoga Falls, Dennis (Joan) Streets of Lottsburg, VA, Robert (Brenda) Streets of Mantua, Jeffery (Janice) Streets of Buckhannon; he is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, wonderful friends, and nieces and nephews.
Paul was preceded in death by his brothers John, Michael, George Yarolin, and his sisters Ann Zofchak, Betty Bell, Susan Vargo, and Margaret Dilly.
Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, where funeral services will be officiated by Pastor David Ballert on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at 11:00 AM. Interment with military honors will follow at Grandview Memorial Park.
