Randy E. Bergman

Randy was employed at Allen Aircraft in Ravenna for 22 years where he was a supervisor in the Metal Finishing Division. His first job was with Montigney Hardware when it was located on Main St. in Ravenna and most recently at their newer location on S. Chestnut St.

Randy enjoyed taking his grandchildren and great niece and nephew on golf cart rides. He also enjoyed tinkering in Pappy's garage as well as auto detailing.

Randy leaves behind his daughters Lindsey Marsh (Kirk) of Brimfield, Courtney Gant (Mitch) of Brimfield, Deena Tannert (Tiffani) of Ravenna; grandchildren Emma Marsh, Sadie Gant and Everett Marsh.

He is also survived by his mother, Kathy Bergman and siblings Bob Bergman, Vicki Ladd (Robert T.) all of Ravenna and Keith Bergman (Cassie) of Rootstown.

Other important people in Randy's life were Lisa Smith, Denise Bergman, and his many friends and co-workers at Montigney Hardware.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, James F. Bergman.

Randy's wishes for cremation are being honored. Friends and family will gather at 11:00 AM for a memorial service celebrating his life on Thursday, January 19, 2017, at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. Inurnment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
