He was born July 1, 1975, in Ravenna, Ohio. Tim attended Happy Day School and Ravenna High School. He was always an easygoing and kind person, who will be dearly missed by all of those who knew him.
Tim is survived by his mother Mary Lou (Whipkey) Manges, father Alan Manges, sister Brenda Shelton, brothers Andy and James Manges, grandmother Nancy Zimmerman, grandfather Gene Resh, as well as his nephew Richard Shelton, niece Felicite Shelton, great niece Mikkia Smith, and dear friend David Atkins.
Cremation has taken place and family and friends are invited to celebrate Tim’s life with a memorial luncheon held on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at his home, 6215 Bridge St., Ravenna.
