Martha Ann Blom

BLOM Martha Ann, beloved sister of Ruth B. Fiden. Also survived by dear nephews Charles Fiden Jr. and Daniel Fiden, and loving nieces Catherine Fiden and Elizabeth Fiden. Cousins Jimmy Cooper, the late Jane Gahl, Helen Bunker, Betty Dilbert and Jackie Cooper. Martha was born in Cincinnati to Ben and Lilian (Cooper) Blom. Raised in Reading and later settling in Fairfield, she enjoyed a long and successful career with General Electric (Evendale). An avid golfer, skier, theatergoer and traveler, she was generous to a fault; always sharing experiences and helping create opportunities for dear friends and family. She was well loved by all who knew her, including the adoring cats she raised and fostered. Martha passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017, at age 87. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Monday, May 15, 2017 at St. John Neumann Church, 12191 Mill Street, Fairfield, Ohio.
