Robert Fredrick West Jr. Passed away Wednesday June 28, 2017 with his family by his side, at the age of 58. Robert is survived by his beloved wife Penny (née Hensley). Loving daughters, Kristena Lugar, Michelle (Emil) Bzhikyan, Rebecca (Adam) Huddleston and Amber (Kevin) Tornatore. Brother Richard West and sister Donna West. Also survived by fourteen loving grandchildren.
