Anna worked as a Nurse Aide at Wyomissing Lodge for 15 years, until 1992. Last working for The Reading School District as a lunch aide, until her retirement in 2000.
Anna enjoyed reading, going on walks, sitting on the front porch and the milkshakes her grandson John bought for her. Anna was also blessed with the gift to gab and enjoyed telling stories. However, above all else she truly treasured visits from her grandchildren.
Anna's spirit will be carried on by her 3 daughters Kathy Delinko, whom she resided with in Reading; Anna Gonzalez and Mary Ann Cortez, both of Temple, PA; her 3 sons Teddy Delinko, of Bern Township, Tommy Delinko and Peter Delinko, both of Reading, PA. Anna also leaves behind her favorite niece Betsy; niece Dora Marie Bryant and her family, of Texas; nephew Joseph Novak and his family, of Texas; a grand fur baby Rosie; 12 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.
In addition to her parents, Anna was greeted in heaven by her 2 sons Jerry Williams and Gerald Delinko; her great grandson John Cortez; her 2 brothers Joe and John and her 3 sisters Irene, Julie and Mary.
A viewing for Anna will be held Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Theo C. Auman Inc., 247 Penn St., Reading, PA 19601. Prayer service will promptly commence in the funeral home 1:00 PM. Graveside committal will immediately follow at Laureldale Cemetery, 4631 Pottsville Pike, Reading, PA 19605.
