Antoinette DeWald Haas

Born in Detroit, MI, on June 9, 1929, Toni was the daughter of the late George S. and Marie E. (DeWald) Kramer. She was a 1947 graduate of Reading High School. In retirement, she was a member of the high school reunion committee.

Toni was employed with the former Western Electric/ Lucent Technologies for 30 years as a Senior Operator.

She was a member of First United Church of Christ in Reading. Toni was also a proud volunteer of the local Make a Wish Foundation. Toni loved animals and took in many dogs and cats that had no homes. Toni had an interest in Genealogy and traced her family tree back many generations.

Surviving is a son, Terry M. Haas of Reading and a host of friends.

Services for Toni will be at 11:00am on Friday, December 16, 2016 in Auman’s Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 to 11am. Toni will be laid to rest beside her parents in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reading.
