Born in Reading, PA on March 16, 1981 a son of Jose Adames and the late Florentina Ortiz.
He is survived by his son, Fabian Adames, his 2 brothers; Angel L Adames, Wilson Montalvo and his sister, Olga Montalvo.
A viewing will be Monday December 28, 2015 from 6-8pm in Theo C Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn St., Reading. Burial will be in Puerto Rico.
