He was born in Mississippi on September 26, 1954, a son of the late John and Lola (Star) Hails.
Barry is survived by his 3 sons: Shane P.M. Hails of Elverson, Cody P. Hails of Elverson, and Neil A. Hails of Bechtelsville; his daughter, Rebecca L. Braswell of Georgia; 6 grandchildren and his siblings Bruce Hails, Jack Hails, Gary Hails, Donna King, Linda Martinez, and Carol Hums.
