Donna L. Phillips, 60, passed away June 7, 2013 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, George C. Phelps.
She was born in Reading on May 16, 1953, a daughter of the late Reuben and Fianna (Auchenbach) Phillips.
