Edith Fay Foreman, 84, of Reading passed away November 16, 2016, in The Reading Hospital. Her husband, Charles W. Foreman Sr., passed away in 1984. She was born in Reading on September 15, 1932, a daughter of the late Ralph and Anna (Fleet) Meas.
Edith was employed by Luden's Candy Company as a packer for 15 years retiring there.
She is survived by her children: Edward L. Foreman, of Leesport; Sharon L. Chavez, of Reading; Kevin R. Sr. and his wife, Belinda J. Foreman, of Leesport;Tara L. and her husband, Mario Perez Sr., of Reading; 12 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Edith was predeceased by 5 children: Charles W. Foreman Jr., John J. Foreman Sr., Joseph J. Foreman, William C. Foreman and Linda D. Foreman.
Services will be Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at 12 noon in Auman's, Inc., Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading. A viewing will be Tuesday 9-12 noon in the funeral home.
