Elmer Lee Spohn

Elmer was an Army veteran and then a Marine Corps veteran. He was employed by Hoffman Industries as a foundry worker for 20 years and secondly, Reading Alloys in Robesonia, as a foundry worker for 13 years.

Elmer is survived by his children: Jeff A. and his wife, Lori Spohn, of Hamburg; LeeAnne E. Spohn, of Sinking Spring; David W. and his wife, Nicole Spohn, of Bethel; 8 grandchildren: Kris Spohn, Brittany Spohn, Dylan Spohn, Daniel Spohn, Nick Spohn, Courtney Spohn, Julianna Johns, Lily Johns; and 4 great-grandchildren. There are 2 sisters, Sandra and Faye.

Services will be Friday, February 9, 2018, at 11 a.m. in Schuylkill Valley Bible Chapel, 693 Irish Creek Rd., Mohrsville, PA 19541. Burial to follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens. A gathering with a closed casket will be Friday 10-11 a.m. in the church. A friend of Bill W's for 41 years.
