

George was born in Sinking Spring on May 16, 1941, a son of the late George A. Sr. and Mary M. (Dunkelberger) Templin. He proudly served his country as Corporal in the Marines and was employed by Reading Eagle as an assistant manager in accounting for 47 years before retiring. A 1959 Wilson High School graduate, George was an avid golfer, bowler and animal lover. He enjoyed traveling, hunting and watching TV, but above all, George was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Also surviving are his 2 sons; Todd (Sue) and Greg (Debbie), step-son, Tim Kubacki, 7 grandchildren; Zachary, Nicholas and Emily Templin, Courtney Andrews, Joseph Howe, Raymond and Timothy Kubacki and many nieces and nephews.
George is preceded in death by five sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 3:00 pm in Auman's, Inc. Funeral Home, 391 W. Neversink Rd, Reiffton. A visitation to celebrate and honor George's life will be Saturday 1-3 pm in the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
