Janet L. LeVan, 81, of Exeter Township, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014 in the Reading Hospital. She was the wife of the late Luther W. LeVan Jr. who passed away on Feb. 7, 2008. Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late William R. Bitting and Cathrine (Byrkett) Sweisford.
She was a member of Community U.C.C., St. Lawerence, Pa.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathy L., wife of Charles T. Stoner of Birdsboro; and Holly B., wife of Brian Johnson of Reading. Also her sons, Douglas C. LeVan and wife, Beverly, of St. Lawrence; and Luther W. LeVan III and wife, Brenda of Pasadena, TX. Also, 4 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Angela Stoner.
