Martha Irene Hamilton

She was the wife of Harry J. Hamilton.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Carl and Pearl (Yorgey) Schaich.

Martha was employed for many years by the former Western Electric and AT&T Lucent Technologies, Reading, prior to retiring.

Martha was an active member of the Order of Eastern Star.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Stacey L., wife of Kevin Beebe of Shillington and her sons, Arthur P. Hamilton of Exeter Township, Kenneth J. Hamilton of Pittsburgh and Walter A. Hamilton and wife Patty of Morgantown. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Robert E. Hamilton.

Services will be held in Auman’s, Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Road, Reading (Exeter Township), Pa. on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 11:00 am. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 10:00-11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
