Mary Elizabeth Trego

Born on August 24, 1912 in Muhlenberg Twp., she was a daughter of the late Frank and Matilda (Diehl) Stalnecker. She was a faithful member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Wyomissing.

Mary enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. She and Harry enjoyed traveling overseas often. Mary also loved animals of all kind but especially dogs.

Surviving is her son: Robert H. Trego and his wife, Marilyn of Temple; her daughter: June D. Dugan of West Lawn; four grandchildren: Michael Trego and his wife, Rebecca, Christopher Dugan and his wife, Lola, David Trego and his wife, Laurie and Kimberly Blankenbiller and her husband, Jeffrey and four great grandchildren: Zackary and Lynsey Trego, Ryan Blankenbiller and Kyle Dugan.

Mary is predeceased by three sisters: Evelyn Williams, Anna Grepps and Elizabeth Graeff.

A funeral service for Mary will be held at 11:30am on Friday, September 5th in Auman’s Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 10:30 to 11:30am. Mary will be laid to rest beside Harry in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reading.
