Born in Pittsburgh on March 17, 1944, James was a son of the late William J. Sr. and Mildred (Duncan) Walker.
He is survived by four sons: William M. Walker and his wife, Amy, of Oley, Larry W. Leidhacker and his wife, Barbara, of Reading, Brian A. Walker and his wife, Ronda, of Birdsboro, and James C. Walker of Reading; and nine grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3344 Reading Crest Ave., Reading at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 13, 2012. Theo C. Auman Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
