Allan Raymond Scott "Scottie", 78, of Redding died May 31, 2011 at his home.
Scottie is survived by his wife of 57 years Dottie, his daughter Gale Scott - Britton, his son Ken Scott wife Laura, his granddaughters: Kendra and Kelsey Scott, Alicia Emerson, and his great granddaughter Cecillia Abrao.
Scottie loved to hunt and fish on Shasta Lake. He told tales about the size and number of fish he caught and his fishing companions.
He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He will be missed by his friends and family.
