Doil was born to Henry and Lillie Bell Harvin on September 23, 1936, in Bradley, Arkansas.
He went to be with the Lord on February 28, 2011, at his residence, surrounded by his loved ones. Doil was a long time resident of Anderson, California. He loved the woods and worked in the lumber industry for many years.
Doil leaves his wonderful wife of many years Nadine Harvin.
Two sons: Dean Harvin and David Dennis Harvin
One daughters: Donna Diane Faulconer
A brother: John Everet Harvin
Five sisters: Wanda Giles, Shirley Hildebrandt, Yvonne Harvin, Virginia Miller and Ruby Robinson
