It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Damon Pasalich, a loving father, son, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle who left us on June 10, 2025. He passed at the age of 54, peacefully in his home in Redding, California. John was born on April 20, 1971, to Laura Jean Wright and Charles David Pasalich in Eureka, California. He was a proud enrolled member of the Hoopa Valley Tribe. John is survived by his son Damon Pasalich, daughter-in-law Chanelle McCullough, mother Laura Jean Wright, step-father Lyle Dennis Wright, sisters Cassandra, Clare, Kay, and Christina, brothers-in-law Derik, Matt, and Marc, nieces Heather, Haille, Kiley, Adeline, and nephew Oliver “O”. Preceded in death by great grandmother Pearl Randall and grandmother Catherine Jones. His kindness, laughter, and love made this world brighter. We are forever grateful to have called him ours. He will forever be missed. The service was held at Lawncrest Chapel & Memorial Park
