Born in Lubbock Texas on September 14, 1941. Went to be with the Lord on February 22, 2023, at the young age of 81.
Fell in love, eloped with, and married Duane Joseph Menard on Christmas day 1959. Loving and committed relationship for 55 years.
Daughter of Matilda (Tilly) and William Miller. Granddaughter of Bessie and William Weaver. Baby sister of Betty and Ruth.
Loving, caring, and supportive matriarch leaving behind a legacy of generations. Children: Mark, Mike, and Lisa. Grand children: Rachel, Buddy, Duane Joseph, Mitchell, Myka, Ricki, Raven. Great Grandchildren: Brenna, Luka, Aspen.
A quite Miller soul who married into a LOUD Menard family. Loved to remodel the house while Duane was gone fishing/hunting. She enjoyed making new friends throughout the years, arts and crafts, and camping. Our mom’s greatest pet peeve “Why can’t restaurants serve food hot!?”.
Lauretta is now with the loving spirts of Duane, Mark and Buddy. She is greatly missed.
Honoring her request no services will be held. Lauretta’s ashes will be spread at the sites of her favorite memories.
