Marilyn was born August 13, 1942, in Erie, PA. She moved to Redding when she was 9 years old. Marilyn graduated from Central Valley High School in Central Valley, CA. She loved spending time with family, especially her great-grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, reading, and tending her roses. She was long time member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Emil (1996), her parents Milo and Dorothy Cowley and 2 brothers. She is survived by her children Sheri Saul of Redding, Lisa Evans of Redding, Michael Saul (Vickie) of Renton, WA, and Michelle Turner (Chris) of Colorado Springs, CO; 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren; 5 brothers, Charles Cowley, Donald Cowley, Joseph Cowley, Irvin Cowley, and Thomas Cowley, all of Chiloquin, OR; 2 sisters, Donna Cowley of Chiloquin, OR, and Karen Richardson of Klamath Falls, OR; and sister-in-law Loretta Saul of Redding, CA.
