Sherry Jean Fountaine age 52 of Redding California passed away on Wednesday March 23, 2022.
Sherry Fountaine was born on November 22, 1969 in Tallulah Louisiana to the parents of Effie Lee Richards Williams and Abe Carl Williams.
Sherry Fountaine married Templeton Fountaine in July of 2010 and the couple had one child together. She was a devout christian and was deeply involved in Saint Marks Baptist Church for the majority of her life.
Sherry Fountaine enjoyed cooking, cleaning, spa days, traveling, and family gatherings. Her family and friends will always remember her as hardworking, strong, loyal, caring, thoughtful and selfless.
Sherry Fountaine is survived by her husband Templeton Dunbar Fountaine III and by four children Bethany Budd, Brandon Budd, Antionette Jordan, and Jazzmine Fountaine. Sherry is also survived by four adoptive God children Lamar Spears, Leah Spears, Rashean Spears and Ryan Spears. Lastly, Sherry is survived by twelve brothers and sisters. Wanda Jackson, Mary Ann Green, Velda Williams, Aresia Williams, Joanna Williams, Leatra Hill, Zelda Williams, Abe Williams, Roosevelt Williams, Barry Williams, Dexter Williams, and Donnell Williams.
The Celebration of Life service is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Friday April 8th, 2022 at Saint Marks Baptist Church (2702 Old Alturas Road Redding Ca 96003) Pastor: Charles Clark JR
A reception will follow at Caldwell Park (3 Quartz Hill Redding Ca 96003) 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
We are encouraging friends and family to bring a dish or drink for all to enjoy.

A visitation for Sherry will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Lawncrest Chapel, 1522 E. Cypress Ave., Redding, California
Sherry will be laid to rest in Lawncrest Memorial Park.
