Claude was the beloved husband of LaDonna for 68 years. Loving father of Suzanne Hall. Grandfather of Holly Neal and Kelli Davis. Uncle of Steve Cantile, Sandy (Dr. John) Throckmorton, Denise (Jim) Harvey, Eric (Sarah) Anderson, Dr. Ashley (Dr. Bikki) Gautam, and Dr. Zachary (Sara) Thockmorton. Dear brother of Lois Cantile, Don Hankins, the late George Hankins and the late Geanne Ostrom. Brother-in-law of Clara Anderson.
Claude was a proud veteran of both the United Stated Marine Corps., and the United States Coast Guard. He worked as an accounting supervisor at Michigan Bell for many successful years until he retired.
There will be a private service with military honors in Tennessee.
