Linda Carol Jecewski was born on December 15th, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan to Dorris and Dorothy Stevens.
In 1972, Linda met Barry through mutual friends. They raised their two children in Livonia, Michigan. Linda’s pastimes included gardening, sewing, traveling, enjoying a good cup of Red Rose tea, baking with her grand babies, and reading books.
Linda is survived by her husband Barry, children Steven (Anna), and Kathleen (Samuel) Machinski; four grandchildren: Madeline and Thomas Jecewski, Megan and Nora Machinski; brother William (Linda) Stevens and nephews Wade (Nicole) and Todd (Amy) Stevens.
Linda passed away on April 6th, 2020. Linda will be laid to rest at Great Lakes National Cemetery. A memorial funeral mass and celebration of Linda’s life will be held at a later date.
