Erez Yariv Benari

Erez was polyamorous and is survived by his partners.

He was born in Haifa, Israel, and immigrated to the United States in or about 2008 and became a citizen of the United States on April 18th, 2013.

He is the son of Miki Rieber and Tzipora Ben Ari. He served in the Israeli Special Forces before coming to America where he studied Information Technology / IT and eventually worked for a series of big Washington based IT companies.

He was a member of several communities:

• The Israelis in Seattle Community;

• The Nvidia-Redmond Employees;

• The Microsoft Alumni Group;

• The Seattle Sex Positive Community;

• His Comedy Club Friends and Associate; and

• The Spoonz / Hugz and Cuddlez Community.

• He was active in, and contributed to, them all.

In terms of the latter: His private business was "Hugz and Cuddlez" a club whose primary purpose is to create a safe space for touch through consensual cuddling.

In 2022 he co-created The Polyamory Foundation, listed below.

He is survived by his partners; his son Sol Benari; his brother, Amir Ben Ari; and his parents, Miki and Tzipora.

The memorials / celebrations of life services were held Saturday, November 19th, 2022, and Saturday, December 10, 2022. They were well promoted on other lists, and before this memorial page was fully written.
