Kenneth Eugene Chaney

Kenneth Eugene Chaney. Ken was born March 8, 1929 in Nebraska to George Dewey Chaney and Ethel Pearl Mapes. He is survived by his wife Audra R. Chaney, his brother Larry L. Chaney, and his children Brenda S. Epperson (Danny E.), Denny E. Chaney (Betty S.), his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren. A San Mateo county resident for 70 years, graduate of Sequoia High School, a pilot, and owner/plumbing contractor of Best Plumbing in Woodside. Ken was a devoted husband for 67 years and loving father & grandfather. A deacon of Calvary Baptist Church and a cherished member of his community. He was known for his kindness and work ethic sometimes meeting clients on a whim. Ken loved hunting, fishing, telling a good story, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be tremendously missed! Friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 5:00 P.M. followed by a funeral service starting at 7:00 P.M. both at Redwood Chapel, 847 Woodside Road, Redwood City, CA. 94061
