Anna Marie Kainz

Anna was born and raised on a farm north of Markinch, SK. She resided on farms north of Markinch and Zehner. She then retired to Regina in 1975.

Anna was predeceased by her husband Albert (1992) , they spent 52 glorious years together; parents, Frank and Eva Silzer; brothers Frank, Karl, Ernest and Otto; and sisters Minnie Hubick, Emma Howell, Edith Kainz, Olga Silzer and Emily Hassman.

Anna is survived by her daughters Marlene Sentes, Joan (Rod) Moore, Sandra(Peter) Meadowcroft, Karen(Marty) Walters and son Wayne (Galina) Kainz; grandchildren Debra (Frank) Benesh, Doug (Sheri) Sentes, Shelly Kainz, Sheldon (Tammy) Kainz, Richard (Lori) Moore, Darren Moore, Curtis Moore, Sonya (Greg) Cole, Cheri (Tim) Hameluck, Laura (Luke) Forbes, Clayton Walters, Trisha (Doug) DeMars; 27 great- grandchildren and 5 great-great- grandchildren; sisters Teresa Yearly and Eva Geber; and Shelly and Sheldon’s mother Lorraine Kainz.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 1, 2015, 11:00am at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina with Pastor Dennis Fingas officiating. Interment to follow at Regina Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, you may donate to the Palliative Care Unit, Regina Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 1A5 or to a charity of your choice.
