My heart is full of love & gratitude today. I prayed for you to send me signs you were with us and you did not disappoint. Brenda I know you were definitely present. I believe Candis & I made you proud in honouring you in the eulogy. As usual Amy was angelic singing a special song for you. I think you would approve of the songs and pictures choose for your memorial tribute. And your favourite color was very present right down to our shoes. Your beautiful red urn and flowers chosen by Brad. You would be so proud of those that came to not only pay their last respects to you but also to show their love & support to myself and all the family. Brenda you had such a wonderful soul that touched so many, and it showed today. Friends and family travelled not only across the province but also across Canada to be here today.

What a rollercoaster of emotions today brings. 

I wanna wish you a happy birthday but this year it’s your 1st Heavenly Birthday. It’s also the day we lay you to rest. But today is the day we celebrate you! 

We celebrate the amazing person you were; the person you are! You were the best big sister I could have ever asked for. You were always there for me as well as all those that you cared for. I know you will be with us today; holding us up as we wanna fall. Breathing air into us as we can’t breathe. Hugging us when we feel so alone. Wiping our tears as those tears fall.

I believe you will always be with us, I just have to believe that. You did tell me in the hospital that you would give me signs you were near; and I definitely have felt your presence. You may be gone from this earth but you have not left my heart.

Auntie B, it’s been four months since we had to say good bye. Today is your 57th birthday and the day we celebrate your life and lay you to rest. I will forever cherish all the memories we have had together. My sleepovers when I was younger, to you taking me around town on the city bus with my purple bunny bag. You will always be my “rich” auntie with the fancy red chair. I will always hold you close to my heart. I love you Auntie Brenda and miss you dearly. Happy Heavenly Birthday <3

Still feels so surreal ,Brenda was way to young ! A whole life yet to live.  We had many phone calls bingo's , cards games, visits & laughs together especially around our  table on  7 th ave.
Brenda, was definitely a family minded woman.  Touched many people in her short time here. 
But ,now is visiting and laughing ,with the family who waited to greet her that day. It was our loss,  but her reward gained. Rest easy Brenda, till I see you again. Love ya,

Brenda was such a kind soul and had such a great sense of humour and will be missed.

We met online about 2 years ago,  her in one part of the country and me in another, and although (due to circumstances) we never got the chance to meet we talked about it for the future. I’m so sad to know we’ll never get that chance now. 

My thoughts and prayers are with Brenda’s family and friends during this devastating time.

Mom got to be there at the hospital with me when Eloise was born. She was so happy that she got to be there and experience it all.

I have never physically met Brenda but met her through her page. She was so sweet and kind hearted. We have lots of conversations through IM and laughs too. I'm so sorry and  know she will be watching over us. May you RIP Brenda💔

To Brad and the Paul family, our deepest condolences. Brenda was one of my favorite people. Beautiful smile, great laugh and told you like it was. She will always have a special place in my heart.

So sorry to the Paul family's loss. My brother's and I grew up with the Paul family. Our parents were very good friends with Zoltan and Shirley.  

I knew Brenda through her loving sister Joanne, you could not know one of them and not know the other, their bond was unbreakable they were always together on birthdays and special occasions.  I remember them singing together, laughing, having fun and that is how I will remember her.  May it comfort the family to share the many memories and know that she is safe in the arms of her parents now that they are reunited in heaven.  All our love and prayers to you all. Brenda would be laughing cause I probably messed this up too..I really loved her..She readily agreed with being my partner in crime...making up for our lost childhood bonding. This should be a memory...but I will put in a condolence also..cause I probably screwed up, she's laughing..saying " EH ..I know, you mean well my cousin from the South. My deepest sympathy for her children and grandchildren and her best friend/sister and everyone that Loved the princess warrior ❤
