She was born in Petawawa, Ontario on December 05, 1942
She was predeceased by her parents William Thibert and Georgette Thibault, and by her siblings.
She is survived by her children: Frank Rus (Camillia Fraser-Rus), Susan Rus (Daryl Miller), Robert Rus (Brenda), Ida Peters (Micheal), James Rus (Louise Robinson), Linda Masson (Regan Auger) and Marc Rus.
She is survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren
Carmen enjoyed time with her family and friends. The simple things in life brought the biggest smiles to her face. The laughter of her family. Spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed playing canasta and bingo.
