With profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of Debbie Young on October 16th at the age of 68. Debbie was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Debbie will be lovingly remembered by her husband Morris, sons Jason, Justin (Tanna) Quinton (Shelley); grandchildren Haidyn, Alexander and Addison, best friend Lori; sister Barbara (Lorne); sister in-in-laws, Val and Leslie; numerous nieces and nephews and special puppy Piper. Debbie was predeceased by her father Wilfred Therrien; mother Esther Wilkinson; brothers Robert 'Bob' Therrien and Kevin Therrien.
Debbie lived for her family, she was always there to offer guidance, support, and words of encouragement. She was considered “Mom” to many and her love for animals was unmatched. Her legacy of kindness, warmth, and countless memories will be cherished by all who knew her. A Service Celebrating of her life will be held in the Chapel at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home 2080 Victoria Ave E Regina SK, on Friday October 25th at 11:00 am. A Reception will follow the Service in the Funeral Home Reception Centre. A Private Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Debbie’s name to the animal shelter of your choice.
