Edward James Duke

Edward passed away peacefully at the age of 45 years on Tuesday, October 14, 2015 in Regina, Saskatchewan. Born November 5, 1969, Ed was the second youngest of 9 children. Predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Violet Duke; and sister Madeline Wakeham, Ed is survived by his best friend and partner, Debbie Allen; her sons Shane (Cassy and Kale) Allen, Ryan Allen of Regina; sisters Jane (Allan) Janzan of Calgary, AB, Doreen (Gord) Kraft of Cochrane, AB, Denise (Shawn Wakeham) of Freshwater, Placentia Bay, NL, Ann (Leon Kerriwan) of Placentia, Placentia Bay, NL; brothers Raymond (Colleen) of Grenfell, Charl of Regina, and Dennis of Freshwater, Placentia Bay, NL; brother-in-law Don Wakeham of Freshwater, Placentia Bay, NL; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts, uncles cousins and friends. Ed will be remembered or his generous nature and big heart. He was always willing to lend a hand to help anyone. A Visitation and Celebration of Ed’s Life will be held at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Ed will be laid to rest at a later date in Newfoundland.
