It is with deepest sadness that the family of Elsie Orb-- our much-loved and cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend--announces her sudden passing at Regina Village on November 27, 2025 at the age of 96.
Elsie was born on September 21, 1929, on the family farm south of Cupar.
In her younger years, Elsie was a great ball player, and it was on a ball diamond where she met the love of her life, Arnold. They were married October 19, 1947, and lived on the family farm south of Markinch, where they raised three children, until Arnold’s passing 49 years later.
She moved from the farm to Cupar. In November 2019 Elsie moved to Regina Village where she met a wonderful group of new friends, including her special friend, Ossie Lakness. She especially enjoyed the musical entertainment provided there for the residents. Regina Village became her new family of friends where she lived very happily, independently and brilliantly until her recent passing.

Elsie is survived by her children Helen (Ron) Mrazek, Raymond (Valerie), and Alan (Rita); her grandchildren and great grandchildren Timothy (Helen) Mrazek: Isaac, Nicholas, Luke; Jennifer (Vance) Petriew: Emily (Matthew) Tamlin, Vanessa, Melody; Chelsey (John) McCoshen: Quinn, Isabel; Jocelyn (Terri): Emmett; Jerod (Colleen): Rory, Teagan; Lindsey (Greg) Ermel: Samantha, Jase; Deanna (Jared) Baker: Brynnly, Braxton; Matthew (Dacie): Chevy.
