Florence passed away peacefully with family by her side. Mom was predeceased by her husband John V. “Jack”; parents George & Laura Read; sisters Mary (Fred) Hunt, Dorothy (Lloyd) Brown, Verna (Charles) Brown, Laura (Elgan) Brown; brothers Bob (Gladys) Read, Bill Read, Irvin Read & brother-in-law Raymond Hagerty. Left to cherish the memories of her life are her sons Bryan (Dianne) Kingston, Leslie (Carol) Kingston, Douglas (Verna) Kingston & Gerald (Lila) Kingston; daughter Brenda (Mark) Kingston; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren ; 2 great great grandchildren; sisters Anna Hagerty & Kathleen (Roy) Mountenay; brother John (Norma) Read & sister-in-law Betty Read. Mom grew up on her family dairy farm in the Rocky Lake School Division north of Stoney Beach, SK. In 1946 she married her husband of 60 years, John & together they raised 5 children in Regina. A visitation will be held TONIGHT at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 East Victoria Avenue. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Regina Memorial Gardens.
